Galera, depois que eu atualizei o java a coisa pirou de vez e não adiantou eu voltar a outra versão.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

Procure voltar o seu java para a versão 7, o minecraft só tem suporte para a o Java 7.
"Java Version: 1.8.0_25, Oracle Corporation" -> linha que mostra a versão.
Baixe o java7 no link abaixo versão 32 bits:
